Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. We offer evaluation versions at no cost for all digital products to help you assess the product before making a purchase decision.
Physical Products
We provide a 30-day return policy, granting you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in the condition it was received, unused and unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiate a return by contacting us at support@motorgo.net Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item back to us. Please note that items sent back without prior communication and authorization for a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued for the full purchase amount, inclusive of shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies immediately by contacting us so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any queries regarding the returnability of a specific item, please reach out to us.
Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the desired item, return the original item following the aforementioned return process. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you once your return has been received and inspected, along with the status of your refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please be advised that there may be a delay before your bank or credit card company posts the refund to your account.
