Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within two (2) business days of receiving your order. Customers will receive a notification email once the order has been shipped. Digital products are made available for download immediately upon purchase.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

For domestic orders within the United States, we offer reliable shipping via USPS. For international orders, we provide fast and affordable shipping via DHL Express. Additionally, we also offer shipping via FedEx as an alternative.

Shipping estimates via UPS for domestic orders are typically between 2-5 working days, while DHL Express estimates for international orders are between 5-20 working days. Deliveries to certain remote or less accessible locations may take longer than the aforementioned time frames.

MotorGo LLC does not guarantee specific delivery dates or time frames for any order. Customers are encouraged to place orders well in advance to accommodate potential delays. MotorGo LLC is not liable for any delays or misplaced shipments incurred by freight carriers

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor the order's status. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days following your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@motorgo.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

Import Duties and Taxes

MotorGo LLC ships from Denver, CO, USA.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other charges incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country. MotorGo LLC is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are the customer’s responsibility.
